Manitou Amber Ale – 5.7% abv
Manitou was first brewed on June 17th 1994 making it the 1st Craft Beer in the Grand Traverse region. Traverse Brewing Company just south of Elk Rapids went on to produce this local "Mother's Milk" for many many years. Our brewer worked at TBC for 12 years and eventually bought the brands for Brewery Terra Firma where we still brew them to the original recipes but with American yeast instead of British and w/o wheat for those with wheat allergies.

Pearl’s Pale Ale – 4.5%
We brew this delicious Pale Ale for the 2 Red Mesa Grills and Pearl's New Orleans Kitchen here in the Northwoods and we keep some for ourselves. Like all our beers and ciders it's made for food and friends. Enjoy a pint here and take a growler home to share.

Red Zeppelin Red Ale – 4.7%
A different animal than our flagship Manitou Amber. Red Zeppelin is packed full of caramel notes but remains clean and accessible. Take a growler home for your next BBQ you'll find it appeals to a lot of people.

Little Italy Honey Basil – 4.5%
Little Italy is a Spring Thing around here. It's brewed with basil grown in the field in front of the taproom windows, honey from our hives in the southfield and malt from around the corner at Great Lakes Malting. As you can imagine it goes with lots of foods and anything tomato. Don't take our word for it, have a pizza delivered to the Taproom and find out!

Fruity Pearl’s Pale Ale – 4.5%
This wonderful variation of the Pale we brew for Pearls New Orleans Kitchen and the 2 Red Mesa Grills in TC and Boyne City is only available in our Taproom. It's light fruity notes makes it super easy going, quenching and delicious.

Hallow~Giving Honey Oatmeal Pumpkin Ale- 6.0%
Not your typical Pumpkin Ale, Hallow~Giving is so popular around here that we could sell it all year so we keep it around longer than almost all brewers. It's brewed with real roasted pumpkins, honey from our hives and a secret spice blend we cherish. It's wonderful flavor profile (not your pumpkin pie in a glass) works well with foods and if you want a special treat, put some in a crock pot with your favorite bratwurst and let them go for 4-8 hours on low.

Cosmic Creepers Hazy IPA- 5.5%
"Cosmo" is juicy, soft and pillowy with a mixture of fruity noted from the whole cone and pellet hops we use. It's low, fine haze and reasonable alcohol content keeps it within reach on those long hot summer afternoons.

Cultured Kombucha Co. is locally made just down the road. We usually have 2 rotating flavors and like to mix it up and we also carry many flavors of Northwoods Soda in bottles also very local and very delicious. Ask your bartender about blends with these delicious n/a options.

The popularity of this beer stems in large part from its full, silky body with the heather providing additional character in the form of subtle floral and medicinal notes. Kilts are optional but if you do wear one, don't forget the boxer shorts.

Soul Butter Triple IPA-8.0%
American Style Triple IPA, intensely hoppy but not bitter. Brewed with many different hop varieties with great care. The term Soul Butter is like Chicken Soup for the Soul, it just means contentment, so cozy up to a pour, sit back and enjoy it. No butter was harmed in the brewing of this beer.

Torch Lake Lager – 5.0%
This great summer quencher is as refreshing as taking a dip in the lake itself. It’s unfiltered, unpasteurized and hoppy with a brisk and firm bitter foundation. Take a growler or two to the next BBQ you get invited to.

Indigenous Wet Hop Rye IPA – 6.0%
Juicy fruit, citrus, and small piney notes leap from the glass. Multiple varieties of “wet” whole cone hops were handpicked from our hop yard and walked right into our brewhouse for use in this special Harvest Ale. Multitudes of multifaceted fresh hops twirl and eddy and finish with a firm and balanced foundation of bitterness while the malt and rye provide the spicy base. Enjoy it while you can, the hops are growing as fast as they can for the next batch this fall.
