Our return policy is pretty straightforward. If we make a mistake, we'll fix it for free. Mistakes by us would be things like sending you the wrong color/size/style of an item, shipping to the wrong address, or sending damaged merchandise. If you change your mind, you can return your unworn/undamaged product and we'll refund you the original price of the item, but you cover the shipping costs. If you pay with PayPal, we can issue a refund directly to your PayPal account. If you pay with a credit card, we'll either credit your card, or send you a check. If you have questions about your order, or feel that we have made a mistake of a sort not listed above, please contact us. We're really nice people and will be happy to discuss things with you as long as you don't yell at us or call us nasty names.
At this time we are shipping to US and Canadian addresses only. We ship via United States Postal Service only, and are bound by their rules, regulations, fees and delivery policies. If you've got a few hours to kill, head over to their website and read through all the what-if's, whence-forth's, and on-account-of's. Upon receiving your order, we will ship your package as soon as is safely, logistically and practically possible to do so. We try to ship every day, but if life gets crazy, it might be up to two business days before we're able to post your goods. If for some reason it will be longer than that (say because of one of our world-famous, apocalyptic snowstorms) we will make every effort to contact you and provide you with the option to cancel your order. Once we place your order in the capable hands of the USPS, however, we can not be held responsible for any delays.
All payments are processed through PayPal. As a merchant, we are bound by their policies, and when using their payment service, you will likewise be bound to their policies. To view all of PayPal's policies, including privacy, liability and a host of others, head on over to their site and click on the "Legal Agreements" link at the bottom of the page. Fascinating stuff, that. The short version is that your payment will be processed as securely as current technology allows (pretty darn good, actually) and your account will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are unwilling or unable to pay online, contact us and we'll try to work something out.
We make every effort to insure that the products displayed on our website are actually in stock and ready for delivery. We are, however, mostly human and do very occasionally make mistakes, so the available number of any one particular item may vary from what is displayed on the website. In the event that an item you have ordered is not available for immediate shipping, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at the time of your order and give you the option of cancelling the order or waiting for additional stock to arrive.
If you find that you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel the order and refund your payment in full. If the order has left our facility, it will then be subject to the Return and Refund policy listed above.
